China PV Industry Brief: Beijian Energy to develop HJT cell, module factory

Beijian Energy Development, based in Liaoning province, has actually revealed strategies to buy a PV cell and module factory in the Hohhot Economic and Technological Development Zone, Inner Mongolia.
