Migrant bites guard attempting to separate battle with his partner in most current Randall’s Island shelter violence: sources

A migrant viciously assaulted and bit a security personnel who intervened in a battle in between the guy and his partner inside the Randall’s Island shelter on Monday, sources stated.

The 24-year-old assailant, Oscar Adrian Al Ordonez, was arguing with his partner around 6:45 a.m. Monday within the camping tent city that houses asylum hunters when the 40-year-old guard actioned in to attempt and cool things down, the sources stated.

Stress flared when Ordonez unexpectedly punched the employee, scratched him in the face and neck and even bit him on the head, according to the sources.

The guard resisted, punching Ordonez in the face, triggering bruising and bleeding on his cheek, according to the sources.

Ordonez was collared, sources stated.

Both he and the guard declined medical attention.

The fracas came weeks after a rowdy mob was associated with a brawl at the exact same shelter that hurt 4 guard and left one migrant suffering a stab injury, authorities and sources stated.

5 guys, thought to be migrants housed at the huge camping tent city, were charged with attack after leaping the 24-year-old victim while he was consuming on his bunk around 1:45 a.m., polices stated.

The guards attempted to action in however they were likewise assaulted, sources stated.
