St. Louis Man Charged After Allegedly Fracturing Skull Of 15-Year-Old McDonald’s Employee

A 15-year-old McDonald’s employee needed to go through surgical treatment after a harsh on-the-job attack. St. Louis cops detained and charged 25-year-old Johnny Ricks after he slammed Ariyah Lynch’s skull on April 7.

Discussed: What Happened To The Teenage McDonald’s Worker

According to regional outlet First Alert 4, Ariyah and another teenage McDonald’s employee were on the clock when the occurrence happened. The 15-year-old informed the outlet that a group was being “loud … obnoxious” in the drive-thru. In action, the junk food staff members asked the group to step within to put their order.

Soon after, Ricks and a group of grownups got in the McDonald’s on 10! They supposedly, per Ariyah, began tossing things and spitting on a minimum of 4 staff members. Ricks, in specific, supposedly broke an electronic menu board after introducing a food tray at it.

At that point, things intensified and moved from inside to outdoors as the workers attempted to eliminate the group from the properties.

Stunning video footage caught a male– -later on determined as Ricks– dragging Ariyah Lynch before knocking her head versus the concrete.

“Getting stomped out by a grown guy? I wasn’t gotten ready for what was gon na take place,” Lynch informed First Alert 4 following the occurrence.

She included that she was attempting to “secure” herself. Her stepmother later on exposed to KSDK that Ariyah suffered a concussion and a damaged nose that needed surgical treatment. A GoFundMe even more explained her injuries as a “skull fracture with frontal lobe damage.”

What’s Next For Johnny Ricks?

Previously this month, Ariyah informed First Alert 4 she desires Ricks in prison and prepares to push charges.

According to PEOPLE, St. Louis cops jailed John Ricks on April 17– the exact same day as Ariyah’s surgical treatment and eventually charged him with attack and residential or commercial property damage.

He was at first hung on a $150,000 cash-only bond. One bond condition needs him to remain at least 500 feet from any McDonald’s and not get in touch with Ariyah.

He made his very first court look on April 18 and has a bond hearing evaluation arranged for April 25.
